Our spate of the “4×4 Experiences” course is getting ready for its final round right before the summer break.

In June, Sali Betinzane teaches Contemporary BASICS

every Monday, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Introduces participants to the dynamic of breathing used in contemporary dance .
Presents basic concepts from contemporary dance that may include floor work, improvisation, flexibility, falling, shifting and contact improvisation .
encourages creativity, and most of all enjoyment!
This is a mixed level workshop for those who are looking to improve their technique and movement.
